The so-called “Mintini” Chair (nicknamed by us!) is a celebration in furniture of the timeless shade of green. Imagine sipping a mintini (a minty martini!), whilst reclining on this mint green velvet cocktail chair, exuding grace and elegance.  Audrey Hepburn, eat your heart out…

The “Mintini” Chair has been reclaimed and glamorously restored by our in-house upholsterer, Gillian. The chair dates back to the 1950’s and is upholstered in a Designer’s Guild patterned velvet featuring graphic swirls and scrolls in minty greens and aqua blues, inspired by Italian glassware. The patterned velvet has been teamed up with a plain rich, jade velvet by Linwood, accentuating the chair’s sleek design. The original, restored brass-plated legs look stunning against the greens of the velvet.
