Our terms and conditions are designed to give our customers the best possible shopping experience. When you purchase an item of furniture from Hamilton & Hodson, please note the following information:

• Most of our furniture has been restored (i.e. they are not brand new pieces), so are of vintage/antique quality. Therefore, there may be marks/scratches on woodwork that cannot be restored without the piece losing its character. However, we believe that everything we sell is of high vintage quality. Please look carefully at all the images on display.
• If you have any questions before making a purchase, please contact us.
• At the point of purchase, you will need to pay the full price plus a courier charge.
• Hamilton & Hodson will contact you as soon as possible to confirm a courier price and make the necessary arrangements. We aim to deliver the item to you within 7-10 days.
• On receipt of the item, please look carefully for any signs of damage during transit. Please contact us within 7 days if you have any concerns. We always use reputable couriers and package our items appropriately.
• We can only consider refunds if the piece has been damaged in transit or you believe that the description and images are inaccurate, misleading or misrepresents the item. In either case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to come up with a solution to suit both parties.
